Sea Level Rise
Site grade will be raised to about 4 m to account for the sea level rise expected over the next 100 years.
Block Orientation
Blocks will be generally oriented east-to-west. This encourages energy-efficient building orientation.
Habitat Priority
The existing wetland will be retained, and habitat will be a priority there and along much of Cattermole Slough.
