Cleveland the primary access and a central spine

Cleveland Avenue is the primary vehicular access into the peninsula, with Loggers a quieter secondary access point. Cleveland forms a central spine between the east and west sides of the peninsula and connecting downtown with the maritime destination at the southeast tip.
